Huang Mouxin Wins Court-Recognized 80% Stake in ¥206.5m Logistics Park

What changed

A Changsha court ruling recognized retired police officer Huang Mouxin as the owner of 80% of Xinchuangpu Logistics, the company linked to Xinchuangan Intelligent Logistics Park, an asset valued at 206.5 million yuan.

The ruling followed two rounds of litigation brought by Huang against former partner Yang Guanjun. Both court levels supported Huang’s claim. Yang has offered a competing account, saying he funded the project, raised more than 30 million yuan from investors and paid about 8 million yuan in alleged “operating” expenses.

Why it matters

This is not just a fight over paperwork. It is a dispute over who carried the money, who controlled the project and who ultimately owned the asset.

The company was registered in 2018 with 10 million yuan in registered capital. The park later acquired 234 mu of warehouse land for 151.25 million yuan, using a 150 million yuan loan and later a 180 million yuan bank loan. By September 15, 2026, it had about 200 logistics businesses on site and handled more than 8,000 tonnes of goods a day.

That makes the court’s reasoning especially consequential. The judges treated the shareholding agreements as genuine and found that Yang should have understood their legal consequences. They also pointed to his failure to challenge Huang’s control while Huang received more than 10 million yuan in benefits over several years.

The case also exposes the unusual legal tension behind the ownership claim. Court findings indicate that Huang had entered commercial activity through nominee shareholders at least six years before retiring in February 2020, despite rules barring serving police officers and civil servants from profit-making business activity.

Yang’s allegations about the money and the project’s true control remain disputed, and Huang did not comment on them. The clearest immediate result is narrower but substantial: the courts have placed the controlling stake in Huang’s hands, leaving the former partner’s investment story separate from legal ownership.
