Filmmaker Alex Gibney is preparing to release Musk, an unflattering documentary about Elon Musk, while facing a reported threat of legal action from the tech mogul.
In the report, Gibney acknowledges that Musk is “well funded” and calls him a “bullsh*tter.” The report does not establish whether Musk has filed a lawsuit, the legal basis of any potential claim, or the documentary’s release date. (Deadline)
The report also does not indicate whether the threat will affect the film’s distribution or content.
