Amelia Dimoldenberg’s final season of “Chicken Shop Date” will premiere on Netflix on Oct. 2, 2026, at the same time it is released on her YouTube and social media channels.
Netflix will also add selected past episodes, including Dimoldenberg’s interviews with Andrew Garfield, Damson Idris, Central Cee, Sabrina Carpenter, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Jack Harlow. The report does not specify the final season’s episode count or the licensing terms.
Dimoldenberg launched the deadpan interview series in 2014 and has hosted 115 episodes, filming conversations with musicians, actors and other prominent guests in local chicken shops. She directs the series and produces it through Dimz Inc., alongside Diara Vassallo Ndiaye and Zoe Dimoldenberg.
The show won the 2022 Streamy Award for best indie series. Dimoldenberg was also named to Time magazine’s inaugural Time100 Creators list in 2025 and served as the Academy’s social media ambassador and Oscars red carpet correspondent for the past three years.
The Netflix deal expands the show’s audience while keeping the new episodes available through its original YouTube and social channels.
