Anton Studios Takes Minority Stake in The Creatives

Anton Studios is taking a minority position as partner and investor in The Creatives, formalizing a strategic partnership first established in 2021.

The two companies are moving into a jointly owned holding structure, creating a solidified company around the producer-led European business. The arrangement makes Anton Studios both an investor and a partner, while its ownership remains a minority position.

The announcement, dated Sept. 30, does not disclose the investment value, ownership percentages, governance terms or any operational changes.
