Betsy Slenzak has been named senior vice president of original content at View TV Studios, moving to the company after working as an unscripted executive at The CW.
View TV Studios was founded by former Maverick boss Simon Knight. The studio creates what it describes as direct-to-audience episodic content.
The appointment establishes Slenzak as part of View TV Studios’ leadership as the company develops its original programming strategy. Her start date, compensation, specific remit and upcoming slate have not been disclosed.
