CBS has ordered a 12th season of Undercover Boss, with Drew Carey set to host a refreshed version of the reality series. The show has been off the air since 2022 and is now in pre-production with Studio Lambert.
The network also ordered two new unscripted series. Stacks of Cash, hosted by Mike O’Malley, has already filmed its episodes. The game show features six contestants answering questions to earn uniquely shaped blocks, which they stack toward a gold line.
24 Hour Millionaire is in pre-production. The competition will put contestants through 24 hours of social strategy and physical challenges, with one winner receiving $1 million.
Undercover Boss originally launched on CBS in 2010 and won Emmys for outstanding reality program in 2012 and 2013. No premiere dates or episode counts have been announced for the three projects.
